Every Pastor is expected to submit monthly reports to the Secretary General of the Convention in person or through email by scanning the report form. This follows physical submission of hard copies during our Annual Conference (AGM).
The monthly report covers:
- Name of the Church, Address including the phone number and the region.
- Financial reports including total collections in Tithes, Offerings, Thanksgiving, First fruits or any other giving whereby, out of the totals a 10% is forwarded to the Headquarters.
- Worthy to NOTE here that 10% of Pastor’s earnings from the local church are forwarded to the Bishop’s office as Connection offering to the Leadership of the Denomination.
- On the monthly report form, Membership Attendance for the month is included plus any Marriages, Child Dedications, Baptisms or Death Occurrences.
- Any Projects including the Name of the Project, Type of the Project, Purpose of the Project or Challenges encountered, form part of the monthly reporting.
- The Monthly Report Form is signed by the Pastor and the reports are expected to reach the Head Office before the 5th of the following month without fail.
